Do you handle both FCL and LCL shipments?

You can request ocean freight for a full container (FCL) or a less-than-container load (LCL). Provide cargo volume, weight, origin and destination so the shipment and U.S. handling requirements can be reviewed.

Can you arrange only the U.S. side of the shipment?

Share the international arrangements already in place and the U.S. pickup, handling, storage or delivery services you need. Identify where the existing provider’s responsibility ends so the handoff can be reviewed.

What information do I need to request a quote?

Share the commodity, quantities, packaging, dimensions and gross weight; pickup point and destination; requested services; and ready date or delivery window. Include receiving restrictions and supporting files where available. Identify anything still unknown.
