Can I request one service or combine several?

Can you arrange only the U.S. side of the shipment?

Share the international arrangements already in place and the U.S. pickup, handling, storage or delivery services you need. Identify where the existing provider’s responsibility ends so the handoff can be reviewed.

Are the same services available at all facilities?

Service availability and handling conditions depend on the operating point and the cargo. Share packaging, dimensions, weight, storage duration and the requested outbound plan so the appropriate facility can be confirmed.

What information do I need to request a quote?

Share the commodity, quantities, packaging, dimensions and gross weight; pickup point and destination; requested services; and ready date or delivery window. Include receiving restrictions and supporting files where available. Identify anything still unknown.
